Over two decades ago, I picked up a camera and fell in love with photography. In September 2020, doctors informed me I would never lift my camera again after suffering a stroke. Today, I have not only picked up my camera but also elevated my photography to the next level. With the unconditional support of my wife and partner, I was propelled to embrace change, take risks, and challenge the status quo. This newfound outlook not only changed my photography but also helped me realize how I want to give back to my community.

One thing has always stood out to me in the Northwest Indiana fashion scene. We need diversity! In my travels to larger metropolitan areas, I have had the honor of capturing unique, breathtaking designs on the runway. From cultural pieces to editorial concepts, there are brilliant minds creating stunning works of art that Northwest Indiana has been unfortunately sheltered from. Focused on Fashion is here to change that. With each show produced, we aim to create an avenue for models, makeup artists, hair stylists, and other industry professionals to be exposed to something new and exciting! We want to share the elements that make us individually unique, and the elements that bring us together as a community. I am proud to be able to create this opportunity, and I hope you will be proud to be part of the journey. This is just the beginning.
